Free technical support for software is available for 12 months from registration. This includes email and telephone access to our support team, software updates, and other support information on our website.
The Dash debug adaptor has a return-to-base warranty for 12 months from date of purchase. At the end of these periods you may extend your technical support based on a reasonable fee. It will provide access to updated software, technical support, and will also extend the warranty on Dash hardware.

Telephone technical support is available from 9am to 5pm, GMT.
Please have the following information ready when requesting support:
- Software version and build number.
- Dongle serial number.
- DASH serial number (shown on the base of the DASH).
- DASH firmware version. This is displayed by DA-Config.
Downloads
The downloads page lists updates and historical versions of firmware for the Dash debug adaptor.
These can be freely downloaded, but are only usable with the appropriate debug adaptor.
